For your club

Class and course booking software for gyms and studios

Run drop-in classes and complete courses in one timetable, with member bookings, eligible memberships, capacity limits and waiting lists.

Quick overview

A single class booking reserves one date. Course enrolment reserves the sessions included in that course. Connect shows the participant, dates and total cost before confirmation, with the payment options available for that booking. Waiting lists and automatic booking follow the club’s settings. Wider booking pack eligibility, course credit payments and pack-funded automatic booking are planned.

Book a class or join a whole course

Manage individual classes and complete courses in Go Grow Connect. Members choose the person attending, see the relevant dates and cost, and confirm using the eligible membership or payment options available for that booking.

For clubs running both drop-in sessions and programmes, the distinction matters. Someone booking one Tuesday class needs one date. Someone joining a six-session course needs to know which dates their enrolment includes. For a studio-specific view, explore our Pilates booking setup.

Choose how your sessions are booked

  1. Single classes

Let members book an individual date from the timetable, using the access and payment options available for that class.

  2. Repeating classes

Publish a regular timetable of individually bookable dates. A repeating schedule and a member’s automatic booking instruction are separate choices.

  3. Whole courses

Group a defined set of sessions into one course booking. Show the included dates and total cost before the member confirms.

Planned: how a six-session course will use six credits

Under the planned booking pack update, suppose an eligible pack has ten credits and a course includes six sessions, each costing one credit. Connect will show a total of six credits before confirmation. Confirming the course will book its included dates and deduct six credits once, leaving four. Attendance will not deduct those credits again.

Five credits will not fund that six-credit course. The member will be able to choose another eligible option before enrolling. Parents and guardians can choose a linked child when they are authorised to book for them. See how members book and pay.

Memberships and booking packs

Memberships can include eligible bookings or member prices, whether paid upfront or billed regularly. The planned booking pack update will let clubs choose the classes, courses or facilities that each finite balance can fund.

Under the planned update, a pack will have no frequency limit or an optional weekly or monthly cap. The cap will control booking frequency; resetting it will not replenish credits. Our memberships and class packs guide explains the difference between the offers.

Waiting lists, cancellations and course renewal

  1. Capacity and waiting lists

Set the available places for each session. When a place is offered from a waiting list, members review the offer and complete any required payment before the booking is confirmed.

  2. Cancellations and credit returns

Credit returns depend on the club’s cancellation terms and the original booking cost. Members can check the deadline before confirming a cancellation.

  3. Optional course renewal

Members can agree to paid automatic renewal for following courses. They can stop that arrangement separately, keeping the course they have already paid for.

Automatic class booking and planned pack funding

For supported weekly class slots, members can choose automatic booking with an eligible membership. The planned booking pack option will use a selected pack, with each booking requiring an available place within the class’s booking window.

With the planned pack option, automatic booking will pause when the selected pack runs out, expires or becomes inactive. Classes already booked will keep their places. Buying another pack will not restart the routine without the member’s instruction. This option will not buy or renew a course series.

Questions about class and course booking

Can members book one session from a course?

Where the club enables individual-session booking, members can choose an available session. Whole-course enrolment remains a separate option with its own dates, availability and cost.

Can parents book for their children?

An authorised parent or guardian can select the linked child as the participant. The booking review keeps the person attending distinct from the account making the booking.

Will pack-funded automatic booking guarantee a place?

The planned pack-funded automatic class booking option will depend on availability and eligible funding. It will not reserve an unlimited standing place or automatically top up the pack.
