Go Grow Connect vs ClubRight: pricing, features and support

A sourced comparison of Go Grow Connect and ClubRight pricing, multi-site costs, retention, migration and support.

Quick overview

Compare each product against your locations, booking rules and payment setup. Connect uses active-member pricing and includes direct founder support. ClubRight offers Core and Complete feature tiers, with separate head-office costs for groups. This comparison is written by Go Grow Connect and links to ClubRight’s own published pricing and product sources.

Go Grow Connect and ClubRight suit different buyers.

We wrote this comparison, so it is not an independent review. ClubRight facts are linked to its own website, and we have included the areas where it has the stronger published offer.

ClubRight is the more established platform and links to independent customer reviews. Its prices are public, both plans include a website and the Complete plan includes a broad set of sales and marketing tools.

Go Grow Connect is newer. Customers speak directly to the founders, including on WhatsApp. Core features are included at every price, there is no separate fee for each location and retention cases can be assigned and followed up by staff.

ClubRight may suit a single-site club that values a long public track record and its published set of sales tools. Connect may suit a club that wants direct access to the product team, managed migration with detailed checks or several locations without a separate location charge.

Where ClubRight has the edge.

ClubRight has been around longer and has far more public customer evidence.

ClubRight publishes a much larger customer base and independent review count than Go Grow Connect. It also has fixed single-site plan prices, a payment-fee calculator and a broad marketing automation package on Complete.

Its included website, established access-control integrations and sales tools may be important if you want those products from one long-standing supplier.

Connect offers closer founder access, all core features at every price, assignable retention cases, detailed migration checks and no separate software fee for each location. The right choice depends on which of those differences matters to your club.

What to check before you choose.

Give both companies the same member numbers, locations, payment mix and feature requirements.

  1. Count active members and locations

Use the same active-member definition, list every site and include the head-office or group layer in the total.

  2. List the features you genuinely need

Separate everyday requirements from nice-to-have automation and identify which subscription tier contains each one.

  3. Calculate payment costs

Use your real Direct Debit and card mix, average values, failed-payment policy and any terminal or messaging costs.

  4. Write down the migration scope

Ask what records, payment arrangements and history will move, what will not, and how the imported totals are reconciled.

  5. Test the support route

Find out who answers an operating question, what context they keep and how a product request reaches a decision-maker.

Questions about Connect and ClubRight.

Is Go Grow Connect always cheaper than ClubRight?

Not in every case. ClubRight has fixed single-site prices and unlimited members, while Connect prices by active members. Connect does not charge for each location, so a multi-site quote can look very different. Compare an exact Connect quote with the ClubRight plans, add-ons and payment costs you would use.

Does ClubRight include member retention features?

Yes. ClubRight lists at-risk alerts and lapsed-member re-engagement on its Complete plan. Connect includes its core retention case workflow and staff follow-up process without a separate higher feature tier.

Do both platforms help with migration?

Yes. ClubRight advertises free concierge migration. Connect inspects the source, agrees the records it can move, checks the imported data and lists anything still unresolved. Ask both companies for a written scope for your current provider.

Why choose a newer platform?

Choose Connect if direct access to the founders, one core feature set and a product shaped closely with its customers matter more to you than a long public track record. ClubRight has much more published customer history today.
